  We had booked a car with Enterprise online, and when we showed up there was no staff there at all! They are located in the GMC dealership, and the dealership offered no help. The voice mail at Enterprise isn't even set up. Disgusted, we left. I called Routes and Barry answered the phone after hours. They were closed. I explained what happened at the other place and that we needed a car tonight for my husband to use tomorrow morning early for work. Barry was so kind, empathetic and said 'we want to solve people's problems'. Amazing! His customer service was second to none. They had a staff member come in after hours to accommodate our urgent need. I can't think of a time ever in 44 years of a place of business opening after hours to help me out. I am in awe of the level of dedication these staff have. I will never rent from anywhere else again. Thank you Barry and Jenna for one of the most amazing customer experiences I have ever had.

  My insurance company sent me there to get a rental in November. I was charged on my credit card on March 6th for $119.84 almost 4 months later...I received no paper work I had no clue what there Fees were.. they charged my card blindly and I haven't received any documents supporting this charge.. they are fraud.. I am having my case disputed.. please drive out to barrie if you need something don't get caught in this small business who is desperate for money very bad business practises
